  • Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and confidentiality, maintaining trust every step of the way.

  • Approaching every challenge positively and delivering smart, efficient solutions.
  • Being proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident, always one step ahead.
  • Listening closely, capturing every detail to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Having between 3 and 6 months of experience in CSR, as well as abilities in Microsoft Office and general computer systems, and a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
