For the 11th consecutive year, TP has achieved a full Enterprise-wide Social Responsibility Standard (SRS) certification from Verego, meeting the highest standards across Leadership, Ethics, People, Community, and Environment. This recognition reflects our dedication to creating a positive impact by prioritizing ethical practices, empowering workplaces, uplifting communities, and environmental sustainability.

It has also adopted a consistent compensation policy, which aims to reward individual and collective performance. It is not based on gender. As an example, in 2025, based on 2024 data, TP France achieved a high score on the professional gender equality index.
