Empowering women in Greece through leadership and community

Gender equality has always been at the core of TP’s culture. Over the years, our initiatives have made an impact, empowering women to go further, strengthen their leadership skills, and realize their full potential. In Greece, TP continues to lead the way in empowering women through initiatives that pave the path to their success.

We’re pleased to spotlight two standout initiatives from our Greece team: “Take the Lead,” an eCornell scholarship program with Mexoxo empowering women’s career growth, and “Women in Network,” a platform uniting female leaders to advance inclusion and close the gender gap.

Redefining success with the "Take the Lead" program

Empowerment begins with providing the tools and resources that enable women to reimagine their future. Last International Women's Day, TP partnered with Mexoxo to offer 1,000 scholarships for eCornell's "Take the Lead" program in Greece. This scholarship opportunity benefited 500 women from TP and 500 from the community.

Take the Lead is a 22-hour course designed to build essential leadership, entrepreneurship, time management, and career growth skills. It equips participants with invaluable skills, including entrepreneurial thinking, leadership development, and effective time management. TP is proud to be part of this initiative, reinforcing our commitment to ensuring that women have the tools to redefine success on their terms, challenge societal norms, and expand their opportunities, ultimately benefiting themselves, their families, and their communities.

Bridging the gender gap with "Women in Network"

Creating spaces where women can connect, collaborate, and innovate is essential to building a diverse future. TP is taking bold action by organizing the "Women in Network" event, an empowering platform that unites women leaders, advocates, and executives with a shared mission: to bridge the gender gap and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

"Women in Network" is not just a platform but an action-oriented space where ideas are turned into strategies and connections lead to opportunities. By hosting this event, TP underscores the importance of community-driven transformation in breaking down the barriers to equality.
