In Italy, TP ranked 1st on the 2025 Best Workplaces® in Italia list under the “1,000+ employees” segment. We are the only outsourcing company present among the top 75 Italian companies selected in the list.
TP garnered an 8th place ranking on the Best Workplaces® in the Philippines 2025 list under the large category.
In Germany, TP placed 7th on the Best Companies to Work For® in Germany 2025 list under the “2,001-5000 employees” segment. In Great Place to Work®’s (GPTW®) survey, 92% of employees answered that they are treated fairly, with 87% saying that they are treated as a full member, regardless of position.
In Argentina, TP ranked 11th on the Best Companies to Work For® under the “large list” segment. 83% of TP employees in Argentina mentioned that they receive good treatment regardless of their position in the company. 83% also stated that they can be themselves in the workplace.
