General meetings

The annual general meeting is a key moment of exchange between shareholders and the Group's management on the activities of the financial year. It is also an occasion for shareholders to take an active role in the governance of the Group by exercising their voting rights. The Investor Relations team is available to guide shareholders through the various attendance and voting procedures. 

The shareholders of Teleperformance SE are informed that the 2025 Combined Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 21, 2025 (in lieu of May 22) at 3pm (Paris time) at 10bis rue du Quatre Septembre, 75002 Paris, France and broadcast from the TP Internet website. It is specified that the agenda and proposed resolutions are unchanged. The documents published on the website before April 9, 2025 (date of the press release informing about the change of the Meeting date) shall be read as concerning the Meeting of May 21, 2025.
